Four things we noticed on the current site
The idea: the website looks like the thing you deliver. Cream drafting paper, ink-blue lines, bearings and distances along a boundary that draws itself when the page loads, and your license numbers set in a real title block. It says "professional" before anyone reads a word.
A recorded plat. Quiet, exact, trustworthy. The kind of site an attorney or a bank forwards to a client.
Homeowners will still find the phone number and the quote button, but this one leads with credibility.

Diamond H Land Surveying started in May 2017 with one idea: do careful work, show up when we say, and explain the plat so you actually understand it. We survey boundaries, design sites, stake foundations, and install septic systems across South Alabama.

Our story, short version
Diamond H Land Surveying started in May 2017 with a truck, a GPS rover, and a license. It is still a family business. We have surveyed farms, subdivisions, church lots, landfills, and more than a few disputed fence lines across Covington County and its neighbors.
We hold an Alabama Professional Land Surveyor license, a Certificate of Authorization, and a Grade II Water Operator license, which is why we can also handle your utilities and septic instead of sending you to three different people.

It depends on the size of the property, how much of the old survey evidence is still out there, and how thick the woods are. Send the address and we will give you a real number, usually the same day. Most residential lots fall in a fairly narrow range.
Research and field work on a typical lot take a few days. The sealed plat follows in about a week. If you have a closing date, tell us and we will work to it.
Legally no, but a fence on the wrong side of the line is an expensive mistake. A boundary survey marks your corners so the fence company builds where you actually own.
A soil test that tells the health department how fast water drains on your property. It decides what kind of septic system you can install. We do the test and, if you want, the installation too.
Yes. We flag them and walk them with you if you want. You should know exactly what you own.
